How We Rate
Every brand goes through the same audit – here is what we put on the record.
Opening the Books
An audit begins with the record, not the sales pitch. For every brand we open the books on the welcome offer – the free Sweeps Coins, the bonus tied to a purchase, and the redeemable dollar value beneath the Gold Coin noise. Nothing enters the ledger on the operator’s say-so; each figure has to be documented before it counts.
Reconciling the Terms
Next we reconcile the promise against the conditions. We work through the wagering multiple, redemption minimums, and eligibility rules line by line, checking that what a brand advertises actually squares with what its terms permit. Discrepancies between the headline and the fine print are recorded as findings, not smoothed over.
Auditing the Payout
The most important entry is the one most sites gloss over: does the money actually come out? We run a real redemption, document every verification step, and time it from request to arrival. That figure is an audited result we obtained ourselves, which is why it sometimes contradicts the operator’s stated window.
Signing Off the Score
Only once the ledger balances do we sign off a score, weighting redeemable value and payout reliability most heavily. We take no commission and no payment for placement, so the audit answers to readers alone – and we reopen the books the moment a brand’s figures change.
